LEWISTON — Henry J. Grenier Sr., 76, of Oxford died Tuesday, Nov. 15, at Central Maine Medical Center.
He was born in Waltham, Mass., Jan. 18, 1935, the son of Henry N. and Dorothy (Grenier) Grenier. He had been a pianist on the Prince of Fundy cruise ship for a number of years.
He also greatly enjoyed playing piano in many local nursing homes. He was a fun loving man to be around and loved spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Joanne of Oxford; nine children, Carol, Jeff, Jessa, Eddie, Peter, Patty, Mike, Cindy and Henry Jr.; two stepchildren, Michele and Keith; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a brother, Donald; and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by a brother, Paul; and a sister, Charlotte.
