Lolisa Windover and Barbara Belanger, Rumford Hospital Auxiliary president, hold a poster advertising the Rumford Hospital Auxiliary Jewelry Sale on Nov. 28 and 29. In addition to the wide range of costume jewelry, scarves, watches and other accessories, this year’s sale will include some finer jewelry items, suitable for gift giving to loved ones. The regular stock is all priced from $2 to $10. The finer jewelry will be slightly more expensive but also priced below suggested retail. On Monday, Nov. 28, the sale will run from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Conference Room A at the hospital. The hours on Tuesday, Nov. 29, are 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. All proceeds of Auxiliary fundraising activities benefit the hospital. This past year the Auxiliary purchased furniture for the solarium on the inpatient unit and artwork for all the patient rooms.
