FARMINGTON — Hazel McCutcheon, 80, of Livermore Falls died early Friday afternoon, Nov. 18, at the Sandy River Center for Nursing Care.

She was born on July 19, 1931, in Atlanta, Ga., the daughter of Otis and Annie Smith, and attended Georgia schools.

A longtime resident of the Jay and Livermore Falls area, Hazel worked at G.H. Bass in Wilton.

She enjoyed playing bingo and cards, reading, “yard saling” and spending quality time with her friends, especially her longtime companion and partner, Jane Binette of Livermore Falls, who survives her.

She is also survived by her children, Roy McCutcheon III and his wife, Marla, of Harrisonburg, Va., James McCutcheon and his wife, Wendy, of Toms River, N.J., Roxanne Donaghy and her husband, Paul, of Rockville, Va., and Dwayne McCutcheon and his wife, Michelle, of St. Johnsbury, Vt.; grandchildren, Christopher, Marti, Tim, Scott, Heather, Ryan and Collin; great-grandchildren, Caroline and Maggie McCutcheon; sister-in-law, Mildred Smith; and cousin, Bill Blankenship of Griffin, Ga.

She was predeceased by her siblings, Charlie, Luther, William, twin brother Haywood, Sara, Estelle and Palestine.
