Patrol officers responded to 77 complaints from midnight Nov. 14 to midnight Nov. 21.

Arrests/summonses

Nov. 14 at 6:50 a.m., Brian Bragdon, 37, of Rumford was charged by Patrolman Brad Gallant with operating after suspension on Spruce Street. Bragdon is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 7.

Nov.  18 at 10:07 a.m., David Moore, 34, of Rumford was arrested by Sgt. Tracey Higley on Cumberland Street on a charge of violation conditions of release. Moore was unable to make bail and taken to the Oxford County Jail. He is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 3.

Nov.  18 at 11:05 a.m., Michelle Dias, 28, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Cumberland Street on a warrant charging failure to pay fines on a criminal mischief charge. Dias was unable to make bail and was transported to the Oxford County Jail.

Nov.  18 at 2:23 p.m., Timothy Gotto, 51, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Brad Gallant on York Street on a probation violation. Gotto was transported to the Oxford County Jail.

Nov.  18 at 10:50 p.m., Alycia Ginn, 31, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Michael Belanger on Prospect Avenue on a charge of violation protection from abuse order. Ginn posted $800 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 3.

Nov.  19 at 4:56 a.m., Don Engberg, 23, of Rumford was arrested by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Erchles Street on a charge of domestic assault. Engberg posted $700 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 3.

Nov.  20 at 12:09 a.m., Joseph Labelle, 43, of Whitefield was arrested by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Oxford Avenue on a charge of violation conditions of release. Labelle who was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 7

Criminal mischief

Nov.  18 at 11:11 a.m., Patrolman Brad Gallant took a complaint of a car window damaged on Spruce Street. Estimated loss: $200.

Nov.  19 at 10:46 p.m., Patrolman Michael Belanger is investigating theft of $100 cash from the purse of a Rumford resident.

Wanted

William M. Temple, 50, Rumford, is wanted on a Rumford District Court warrant for failure to appear for assault and terrorizing. The warrant is dated Nov. 18, 2011.
