BUSINESS OF THE YEAR AWARD WINNERS ANNOUNCED: The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce recently recognized the 2011 Small Business, Large Business, and Non-Profit/Club of the Year award winners at its Annual Meeting on November 16. We wish to thank everyone in attendance at the dinner, as well as those who took the time to nominate a deserving organization for an award.
