DEAR SUN SPOTS: I need your help in acquiring the addresses of the two following individuals: Bud Selig, the commissioner of baseball, and a radio sports show host, whose name is Chris Sadatka (not sure of the spelling) on Portland station 96.3 FM. The term PM Jab is used during the show that starts at 3 p.m., but I’m not sure if that’s the name of the broadcast.

I do not own a computer and since Sun Spots does such a good job in solving so many problems, I thought you’d be able to answer my questions.

For those who might be interested in cameras I have several: an old Polaroid, two movie and two flash cameras. If you have phone numbers of someone I could call who deals with cameras, please list them.

Thanking you in advance for the wonderful job that you do for all your readers. Like someone said in your column recently, every newspaper in the country should have a column like yours. It’s priceless! — L.G., No Town

ANSWER: You can write to Allan H. “Bud” Selig, Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, 245 Park Ave., 31st Floor, New York, NY10167, call him at 212-931-7800 or fax to 212-949-5654.

As for the Big Jab, according to thebigjab.com, you can write to the PM JAB, hosted by Chris Sedenka and Javier Gorriti, at 779 Warren Ave., Portland, ME 04103, or call 775-2217 or 1-866-811-9505. For those with computers, Dave “Shoe” Schumacher, the Big Jab’s operations manager, can be emailed at shoe@thebigjab.com. The show can also be heard online at the website.

Sun Spots is sorry, but you can’t sell your cameras through the column. Unfortunately, the market for film cameras is not particularly strong these days, what with everyone going digital, but Sun Spots has a few suggestions:

You can place an ad in the Sun Journal classifieds by calling 783-2281 or toll free at 1-800-482-0935 or they can email class2@sunjournal.com.

You could try selling on eBay. Stephen J. Martelli, Auburn, 786-9116, sjmartelli@myfairpoint.net, and Nola, Goin Postal, 120 Center St., Auburn, 784-9900 will both help readers who do not have computers sell stuff on eBay.

You could donate your cameras to school photography programs. There is one at Lewiston High School as well as other schools. For Lewiston, cameras can be dropped off at the main office for photography. For further information, please e-mail Sarah Stocker, sstocker@lewistonpublicschools.org.

Sun Spots has one resource for camera repair. When she talked to him recently, he mentioned that he works with the school program donations by fixing broken cameras but is also contemplating becoming a source for buying and selling used cameras. You could check with him to see if he has any suggestions: David Kloberdans in Woolwich, 522-9672, david@kloberdans.com

DEAR SUN SPOTS: I have two collapsible crates filled with plastic canvas books (about 75 books per crate) that are in mint condition. I am willing to donate them to a nonprofit organization. Please give me a jingle if interested. Thanks. — Barbara, 312-9399, tdoyle26444@roadrunner.com
