With the runoff election for mayor of Lewiston just a matter of days away, people need to realize that there are two individuals with different views on how to improve Lewiston’s image. People need to check out the facts and make a clear-cut decision, based on what they perceive the future holds.

For me, the choice is simple. I want someone with vision; someone outside the political arena who is not going to just continue the “same-old, same-old” philosophy; someone who is not afraid to step out of the box; and someone who realizes that in order to go forward, the current image of Lewiston as a welfare city must change.

That person is Robert Macdonald.

He is determined to improve the city and help it move in the right direction. He is fortunate to have an almost new City Council to help him achieve that.
