Promising newcomers: Junior — Katie Bosse (5-5 guard/forward); Sophomore — Alexis Dwinnell (5-7 forward); Freshmen — Olivia Mayo (5-5 guard), Faith Grady (5-7 guard/forward).

Outlook: Berry, who has coached with the Mt. Blue and Maranacook girls and been an assistant with the Edward Little boys, takes over the Saints. He inherits a club that graduated four starters. Caron is the only starter back. Berry likes the chemistry of this club and is excited about the team’s possibilities. The team is inexperienced, but Berry expects it to improve and hopes it can challenge for a playoff berth.

Coach’s comment: “My goal is for this team to remain healthy and to be playing their best basketball in February. To have our players improve individually and as a team every day is what I’m striving to see happen.” Coach Jon Berry.
