- A Maine State Police investigator collects evidence Wednesday at the scene of a weekend car crash on Route 219 in West Paris that killed teenagers Rebecca Mason and Logan Dam, both of West Paris. State police said driver Kristina Lowe, 18, of West Paris was intoxicated and texting on her cellphone when she crashed her car around midnight Friday. No charges have been filed. Lowe was hospitalized with serious injuries. Front-seat passenger Jacob Skaff, 22, of Paris, was treated for injuries and released from an area hospital, officials said.
