KILLINGTON, Vt. — On Saturday, Jan. 21, some of the world’s best freeskiers met at the Dew Tour superpipe finals at Killington Mountain. Among the talented field of finalists, Carrabassett Valley Academy’s Annalisa Drew finished fourth.

Drew, an athlete in CVA’s post graduate program, has yet to finish with less than a fourth-place finish so far this season. Most recently, she finished first in slopestyle and second in halfpipe at the Revolution Tour’s stop at Northstar.

Drew’s impressive finish in Killington earned her a spot in the elite field in the Dew Tour’s final stop at Snow Basin, where she will compete against the top finishers from all of the subsequent events.

“We’ve seen a positive progression in Annalisa’s tricks this season,” said CVA freestyle program manager Nathan McKenzie. “We are looking forward to the finals at Snow Basin.”
