MECHANIC FALLS — A free Veterans Administration benefits seminar will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, at American Legion Post 150, 41 Elm St. Education, health, housing benefits, finances and employment will be covered.
LPL fax service
LEWISTON — The Lewiston Public Library is offering a free public faxing service at the Adult Services Desk on the second floor of the facility. LPL is partnering with FaxZero.com to provide the service.
Faxes up to three pages in length may be sent at no cost to the sender. Library staff members are available to assist users in sending faxes. The service is available during the library’s regular hours: Monday through Thursday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
