Patrol officers responded to 60 complaints from midnight Jan. 30 to noon Feb. 5.

Charges

Jan. 30 at 4:15 p.m.: Allen Scott, 52, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Rumford Avenue on a charge of displaying a fictitious inspection sticker. Scott posted $600 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in court April 3.

Jan. 31 at 11:38 p.m.: Allan Hussian, 19, of Rumford was arrested by Cpl. Donald Miller on River Street on a warrant charging failure to pay fines for furnishing a place for minors to consume liquor. Hussian was unable to post bail and was transported to the Oxford County Jail.

Feb. 2 at 11:02 a.m.: Timothy Gotto, 52, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Michael Belanger on a charge of a probation violation on York Street. Gotto was unable to post bail and was transported to the Oxford County Jail.

Feb. 3 at 5:06 p.m.: Robert Moore, 50, of Rumford was charged by Sgt. Douglas Maifeld on Prospect Avenue with operating under the influence. Moore is scheduled to appear in court April 3.

Feb. 4 at 8:50 a.m., Harrison Hamner, 24, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Waldo Street on a charge of operating under the influence and violation conditions of release. Hamner was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in court April 3.

Feb. 5 at 8:05 a.m.: Jasmine Marshall, 27, of Mexico was charged by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Route 108 with operating after suspension. Marshall is scheduled to appear in court April 3.

Feb. 5 at 8:41 a.m., Colleen Slebzak, 29, of Jay was charged by Patrolman  Brad Gallant on Route 2 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Slebzak is scheduled to appear in court April 3.

Criminal mischief

Jan. 30 at 2:54 p.m.: Patrolman Brad Gallant is investigating a broken window at an Oxford Avenue address.

 Theft

Jan. 30 at 11:30 a.m.: Sgt. Douglas Maifeld investigated theft of an energy drink valued at $20 from a Waldo Street business.

Jan. 30 at 5:15 p.m.: Sgt. Douglas Maifeld investigated a theft of alcohol valued at $15 from a Waldo Street business.

Feb. 4 at 12:46 p.m.: Sgt. Douglas Maifeld investigated an attempted theft of a political sign from the area of the Municipal Building.

Wanted

Darryl Streeper, 23 of Mexico/Jay area is wanted on a Rumford District Court warrant for failure to pay fines for assault, violating bail conditions and operating without a license. The warrant is dated Dec. 19, 2011.
