Chance Michael Al Bellanceau, 19, of Mexico on March 4 at 4:42 p.m. by Mexico Police Department in Mexico on charges of receiving stolen property and violation of bail conditions.

Jason D. Bucknell, of 30, of Hiram on March 2 at 8:50 p.m. in Hiram by Oxford County Sheriff’s Department on violation of a protective order.

Thomas J. Gilbert Jr. 21, of Rumford, on March 4 at 7:02 p.m. in Rumford by Rumford Police Department on charges of failure to pay fines.

Anthony Kent Heath, 25, of Rumford, on March 2 at 7:09 p.m. by Rumford Police Department on violation of bail conditions.

Jeffrey M. Hill, 23, of Rumford on March 3 at 7:24 p.m. by Rumford police in Rumford on charges of two counts of aggravated drug trafficking.

Robert Kyle Karnes, 29, of Cutler on March 4 at 12:56 a.m. in Paris by Paris Police Department on charges of burglary, criminal mischief, assault and failure to submit to arrest.

Mary Jo Kennett, 56, of Bethel, on March 2 at 4:59 p.m. by Oxford County Sheriff’s Department in Bethel on charges of violation of bail conditions and disorderly conduct.

Tina Marie Landers, 28, of Norway, on March 2 at 5:20 p.m. by Norway Police Department in Norway on three counts of burglary of a motor vehicle, four counts of theft and stealing drugs.

Barbara A Leduc, 42, of Mexico by Mexico Police Department in Mexico on March 2 at 9:24 p.m. on violation of a protection order, domestic violence terrorizing, domestic violence assault.

Justin James Merchant Jr., 23, of Bryant Pond on March 3 at 11:47 a.m. by Oxford County Sheriff’s Department on burglary and violation of bail conditions.

Christopher Scott Pettitt, 30, of Elkton, Md., in Bethel on March 4 at 1:08 a.m. by Oxford County Sheriff’s Department on charges of operating under the influence.
