FARMINGTON — Police say they responded to a fight early Friday morning at Front Street Tavern and arrested a man who had been banned from the establishment.
Christopher J. Coulter, 35, of Chesterville, was charged with criminal trespass and assault following a fight in the parking lot shortly after 12:30 a.m.
One person received minor injuries in the scuffle but refused treatment. About 10 people witnessed the fight, Bonnie Pomeroy, secretary at Farmington Police Department, said.
Coulter posted $250 cash bail at Franklin County Detention Center on Friday. He is scheduled to appear in court April 19.
Farmington Police officer Courtney Krause and Sgt. Michael Adcock responded to the scene.
