* Marc A. Chartier Jr., 34, of Rumford, March 8, warrant for aggravated drug trafficking, $5,000 cash bail, Maine Drug Enforcement Agency.

* Sean P. Schoonmaker, 25, of Otisfield, March 8, operating after suspension, $300 unsecured bond, Norway Police Department.

* Cynthia Hendrickson, 57, of Gloucester, Mass., March 9, operating under the influence, $500 cash bail, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.
