RUMFORD — Funeral services for Scott C. Billings were held Friday at Meader and Son Funeral Home with Pastor Peter Laitres and Pastor Matthew Jones officiating. Musical selections were “The Old Rugged Cross” and “Amazing Grace.” Interment in the spring will be at the Abbotts Mills Cemetery, Rumford. A reception followed at the American Legion in Rumford.
