KINGFIELD — A Franklin County Sheriff’s deputy is investigating the theft of copper piping from a storage trailer on West Kingfield Road.
Twenty feet of 2-inch copper piping, with a value of more than $18 per foot, was reported stolen at 8:25 a.m. Tuesday, Lt. Niles Yeaton said.
It is valued at about $400 and was taken recently, he said.
Deputy Nicholas Zecher is investigating the burglary and theft.
