RUMFORD — Patrol officers responded to 70 complaints between midnight March 5 and midnight March 12.

Charges

March 6 at 7:40 p.m. — Kenneth Armstrong, 23, of Mexico was charged by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Waldo Street with furnishing liquor to a minor. Armstrong is scheduled to appear in court May 8.

March 6 at 7:45 p.m. — A 17-year-old Rumford boy was charged by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Hancock Street with possession of alcohol by a juvenile. The boy is scheduled to appear in court May 8.

March 6 at 7:45 p.m. — Ryan Glover, 19, of Bryant Pond was arrested by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Hancock Street on a charge of operating without a license beyond restrictions and with illegal transportation of liquor by a minor. Glover posted $400 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in court May 8.

March 7 at 1:04 a.m. — Katelynn Giasson, 23, of Peru was arrested by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Maine Avenue on a charge of operating under the influence, operating after suspension and violation conditions of release. Giasson was ineligible to post bail and was transported to the Oxford County Jail in Paris. She is scheduled to appear in court May 8.

March 7 at 1:04 a.m. — William Schisler, 22, of Peru was arrested by Patrolman Joseph Sage on Maine Avenue on a charge of violation conditions of release, resisting arrest and assault on a police officer. Schisler was ineligible to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail in Paris and is scheduled to appear in Oxford County Superior Court in Paris on May 8.

March 7 at 3:30 p.m. — Anthony Heath, 25, of Rumford was charged by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Cumberland Street with violation conditions of release, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a mutilated license. Heath is scheduled to appear in court on May 8.

March 7 at 3:46 p.m. — Edward Vidito, 40, of Rumford was charged by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Chaplin Street with operating under the influence and driving to endanger. Vidito is scheduled to appear in court on May 8.

March 8 at 7:58 a.m. — Jesse Gray, 36, of Peru was arrested by Patrolman Dave Hodgson on Maine Avenue on a charge of violation conditions of release. Gray was ineligible to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail in Paris and is scheduled to appear in court on May 8.

March 8 at 2:23 p.m. — A 17-year-old girl from Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Dave Hodgson on River Street on a warrant for failure to appear for failing to complete community service. She was conditionally released to a parent.

March 9 at 11:57 a.m. — Kevin Pettegrow, 30, of Rumford was arrested by  Patrolman Brad Gallant on a charge of domestic assault on Waldo Street. Pettegrow posted $1,500 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Oxford County Superior Court in Paris on May 8.

March 10 at 12:22 a.m. — Belinda Briere, 45, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Dennis Ryder on the Swain Road on a charge of allowing minors/juveniles to consume alcohol. Briere posted $500 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in court on May 8.

March 10 at 10:56 p.m. — Brandon Holmes, 25, of Mexico was arrested by Patrolman Joseph Sage on Main Street in Mexico on a charge of driving to endanger, eluding an officer and violation conditions of release. Holmes was ineligible to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Oxford County Superior Court in Paris on June 15.

March 11 at 5:19 p.m. — Two 15-year-old Rumford boys were arrested by Sgt. Tracey Higley on Prospect Avenue on a charge of arson, criminal mischief and criminal trespass. The juveniles were conditionally released to their parents and are scheduled to appear in court on May 8.

March 11 at 11:40 p.m. — Kenneth Armstrong, 23, of Mexico was arrested by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Pine Street on a warrant charging failure to appear for operating after suspension. Armstrong posted $250 cash bail and was released.

March 12 at 3:23 p.m. — Kenneth Snow, 46, of Rumford was charged by Capt. Daniel Garbarini on Exchange Street with burglary, theft and criminal mischief. Snow is scheduled to appear in Oxford County Superior Court on June 15.

Assault

March 7 at 9:29 a.m. — Capt. Daniel Garbarini is investigating an assault that occurred on Whippoorwill Road.

Wanted

Joshua Hussey, 34, of Mexico is wanted on an Oxford County Superior Court warrant for failure to pay fines and an Androscoggin County warrant for failure to appear for operating after suspension habitual offender. The warrants are dated Feb. 14, 2012, and Dec. 29, 2011.
