BOSTON — Cheryl A. Dyer, 43, of Marblehead, Mass., died Wednesday, March 14, at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, after a lengthy illness.
Raised in Swampscott, she was born Dec. 12, 1968, the daughter of Carol (Larson) Dyer of Warwick, R.I., and Roger A. Dyer and his wife, Brenda, of Norway. She attended schools in Swampscott, and graduated from the North Shore Regional Vocational High School of Beverly, Mass.
Cheryl was employed as a cosmetologist for several area beauty salons in the North Shore area, and was most recently employed as a waitress at Sweeny’s Retreat in Marblehead. She lived a full life and enjoyed cooking, motorcycle rides, her cats, and her many friends and family.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by one sister, Debra (Dyer) and her husband, Larry Troiano, of Warwick, R.I.; one brother, Christopher Dyer of Old Orchard Beach; two stepsisters, Dena Martin and Debbie Whitman of Norway; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
