Christopher R. Francis, 20, of Norway, March 20, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, Maine State Police.
Peter H. MacCulloch, 70, of Upton, March 20, operating under the influence, operating after suspension, illegal attachment of plates and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, $1,000 unsecured bond, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.
Samantha J. Neal, 25, of Norway, March 20, failure to appear for theft by unauthorized taking charge, $100 cash bail, Norway Police Department.
Shane M. Richard, 27, of Mexico, March 20, violation of bail condition, Rumford Police Department.
Joshua L. Hussey, 37, of Mexico, March 21, failure to pay fines for operating after suspension, $1,750 cash bail, Mexico Police Department.
