LEWISTON — Priscilla I. Boutin, 89, formerly of 56 Grove St., Lewiston, died Wednesday, March 21, at the Montello Manor, where she had been a resident for the past nine years.

She was born in Lewiston, Sept. 24, 1922, the daughter of Louis J. and Yvonne Berthiaume Bissonette. Educated in local schools, she graduated from Lewiston High School at the age of 16.

On Feb. 12, 1940, she married Florian “Butch” Boutin, who passed away in 1983. She worked for several years at Knapp Shoe, then became a stay-at-home mom after the birth of her twin sons. A former parishioner of Our Lady of the Rosary Parish, she enjoyed gardening, going for walks, sewing and embroidery.

Survivors include her twin sons, Danny of Glenburn and Paul of Los Angeles, Calif.; two brothers, Robert Bissonette and wife, Madeline, of Auburn and Real Bissonette and wife, Patricia, of Lewiston; two grandchildren, Stephanie Boutin and Steven Boutin and fiance, Jessica Garnett; and two great-grandchildren, Charlotte and Collin Boutin.
