Local, state and federal law enforcement officers, as well as Maine Attorney General William Schneider and U.S. Attorney for Maine Thomas Delahanty, tour the new Criminal Justice/CSI Lab at Central Maine Community College in Auburn on Friday. The lab will be used by students in the Criminal Justice Program for “hands-on” training, instructor Matt Tifft said. Faculty and staff gave demonstrations on various simulation equipment as well as tours of the CSI lab and jail cell. Approximately 120 students are enrolled in the program. “The program is really growing,” student Magan Blais said.
