NORWAY — John Craig Ladd, 68, of Norway, died on Sunday, April 8, at Stephens Memorial Hospital.

John was born in Norway, Sept. 15, 1943, the son of Robert P. Ladd Jr. and Lenore N. (Carroll) Ladd. He was a member of the Teamsters Union and worked for UPS for 30 years.

He enjoyed watching his three boys play sports, visiting with his grandkids, listening to country music, long country rides with Doug and watching Dick Wing restore his 1967 Chevy.

He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Carol (Moore) Ladd; his sons, James Ladd and his wife, Pam, of South Paris and children, Brooke and Connor,  Jon Ladd and his wife, Kate, of Winthrop and children, Brady, Tyler, Emma and Isabelle and Daniel Ladd and his wife, Casey, of Carlsbad, Calif., and children, Ella, Trevor and Andrew; his brothers, Lenwood and his wife, Sandra and Robert and his wife, Eileen; and several nieces and nephews.

John was predeceased by his mother, father and his sister, Judith Ladd.
