FARMINGTON — Palmer Realty has welcomed Farmington native and Mount Blue graduate Susi Pearson as a broker to its sales force.

Those who have lived in the area for 20 years or more may remember she owned and operated Coldwell Banker Pearson real estate next to the bridge in West Farmington. In 1991, the Department of Transportation bought her building and tore it down for access to the new Sandy River bridge. At that time, Pearson moved to Florida to be with her mother.

Since Florida, she also lived in Colorado and Arizona and sold everything from diamonds to furniture to window treatments to premium coffee. Prior to her moving to Farmington, she was the sales and marketing director for Birch Bay Village, a retirement community in Bar Harbor. Her second greatest passion, though, is selling real estate and assisting buyers in finding the home of their dreams. Her first passion is being close to her son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter.

For more information or to reach Pearson, call 778-4444 or 479-4990 or email spearson-palmerre@gwi.net.
