AUBURN — William “Bill” F. Holland, 49, of New Gloucester, died Saturday, April 14, at the Hospice House.
He was born in Portland, Aug. 26, 1962, the son of Frank and Elsie Atkins Holland. He attended Gray-New Gloucester schools and had worked for Hotham Lumber before becoming a self-employed woodsman and handyman. He loved riding his motorcycle and cutting firewood.
He is survived by his wife, Lonna Miles Holland; a sister, Kathleen Wright of Springerville, Ariz.; a brother, Arthur of New Gloucester; and many friends, who will miss him greatly.
