AUGUSTA — Kathleen M. Boyko, 62, of Hyde Road, went home on April 24, to be with her family members who predeceased her.

She was born in Philadelphia, Pa., on Nov. 13, 1949, the daughter of Francis Conlin and Madeline McNamara Conlin. She was raised by her foster parents, the late Elizabeth and Michael Weiner.

Kathleen was a homemaker in her own home for many years. She was employed at Camilla Hall Nursing Home, Immaculata, Pa., as a CNA to the retired Catholic nuns for several years.

Surviving is her husband, Alexander P. Boyko of Bowdoin, whom she married on May 8,1970; three sons, Alexander P. Boyko (Suzy) of Barrington, N.J., Michael P. Boyko of Bowdoin and Brian P. Boyko (Nikki) of Philadelphia, Pa.; 16 grandchildren; her foster siblings, Robert Weiner (Judy) of Mt. Royal, N.J., Maureen McNeill (Mickey) of Philadelphia, Pa., Joseph Salterelli (Lorraine), Lucille Morehead and Margaret Jackson of Philadelphia, Pa. Also survived by five sisters, Madeline David of Philadelphia, Pa., Maureen Stock (Walt) of Wernersville, Pa., Paula Allen (Dave) of Laurel Springs, N.J., Edwina Quartucci (Mike) of Zephyrhills, Fla., and Donna Schmeltzer (Ray) of Bristol, Pa.; two brothers, Eddie Bortel of Alsit, Ill., and Donnie Bortel of Albuquerque, N.M.; three sister-in-laws, Eileen McDonaugh (Mike) of Williamstown, N.J., Maryann Gallagher (Bill) of Sicklerville, N.J., and Michelle Lilley (Jeff) of Laurel Springs, N.J.; and many special nieces, nephews and cousins and friends. She will be truly missed by all that knew her.

One of her foster sisters, Elizabeth (Betty Ann) Otterson (Paul), predeceased her.
