SOUTH PARIS — Elizabeth “Betty” Ridley, 89, of Oxford, died Saturday, April 28, at Market Square Health Care Center.
She was born Oct. 7, 1922, at Oxford, the daughter of Ai and Mildred Twitchell. She married Eugene “Dick” Ridley on Aug. 28, 1942.
She worked at area manufacturing businesses and operated a barbershop and ceramics studio at their home on Route 26. She was a member of the Oxford Advent Christian Church.
She is survived by her husband, Dick; and nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents; brothers, Oscar, John and James Twitchell; and sisters, Mary Libby and Ruth Chouinard.
