Grange bean supper
JAY — North Jay Grange 10 will hold a bean supper from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday, May 5. Menu includes casseroles, salads, hot dogs, rolls, beverages, desserts. Adults, $7; child 10 and under, $3. There will be dinner music.

LaClaires in concert
LIVERMORE FALLS — A concert at Eaton Memorial United Methodist Church will feature The LaClaires at 6 p.m. Sunday, May 6.
The LaClaires are a well-known group from Fayette. Their performance offers a variety of instruments and musical styles, including gospel and bluegrass, and always attracts large audiences.
The program is the final concert in the annual concert series offered to the public. All are welcome.
A goodwill offering will be taken to be benefit Rev. Walter Webb, who was seriously injured in an accident in December. He currently resides at a rehabilitation facility in Lewiston, but is determined to return to his ministry.
Webb’s wife, Pastor Kay Webb of Eaton Memorial, is in the process of trying to find adaptive equipment and a van for her husband that will allow him to return to his home and resume his ministry.
Refreshments will be served following the program.
‘Pajama party’ square dance
WILTON — Friendship Squares will host a mainstream and mainstream plus square dance from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, May 6, at the Cushing School. The theme will be “pajama party.” The caller will be Bill Foulton and the cuer will be Carol Stewart. All are welcome.
