BRUNSWICK — Methyl Nadine Ouellette, 89, of Brunswick, died Sunday, May 6, at Horizons Living and Rehabilitation Center.

Methyl was born in Lewiston, April 17, 1923, a daughter of Maurice and Grace Knox Bishop and attended West Peru schools and Stephens High School in Rumford. She married Edgar Ouellette on Aug. 11, 1947, in Brunswick. He died on Nov. 23, 1993.

Mrs. Ouellette lived in Brunswick since 1946, and was a homemaker most of her life. She was a communicant of St. John the Baptist Church in Brunswick and was also an avid Red Sox fan.

Surviving are her four sons, Maurice of Orr’s Island, Roger of Elliotsville, Michael of Harpswell and Richard of Bonita Springs, Fla.; three daughters, Donna Trowbridge of Westport, Ind., Lucille Douglas of Newburn, N.C., and Maria Ouellette of Litchfield; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Besides her husband, she was predeceased by her sister, Madeline Brown.
