SOUTH PARIS — Charles V. Ridley, 83, of South Paris died Sunday, May 13, at Market Square Health Care Center.

He was born in North Paris, Oct. 19, 1928, the son of Charles H. and Blanche Hart Ridley. He attended schools in Enfield, N.H., and had been employed at a saw mill for many years.

He married Blanche Austin on June 7, 1952.

He is survived by his caretaker and friend, Karen Morrison, and her children, Tara Perry, Diamond Perry and Courtney Morrison.

He was predeceased by his wife April 27, 1999; and his brother, Gordon Ridley.
