Church yard sale

HARTFORD — The Hartford Community Church will hold its annual yard sale from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 26, at Goodwin’s Well Drilling on Route 4. Rain or shine. All proceeds benefit Hartford Community Church Operating Budget.

Memorial Day breakfast

STONEHAM — The annual Memorial Day breakfast will be held from 7 to 10 a.m. Sunday, May 27, at Stoneham Rescue, Butters Hill Road.

The cost is $5 for adults, $2.50 for children ages five and up, and free for children under five years old.

Yoga for Parkinson’s

NORWAY — The MaineHealth Learning Resource Center at Stephens Memorial Hospital offers Yoga for Parkinson’s to be held from 12:45 to 1:45 p.m. Thursday, May 31, in the Stephens Memorial Hospital Board Room, 181 Main St. There is no fee for the program.

Join Elizabeth Burd, certified Kripalu yoga instructor and personal trainer, for a beginner’s one time yoga session for people with Parkinson’s. This class will include stretching and balance work and simple exercises to practice at home. Caregivers are welcome to participate.

Bethel Seniors to meet

BETHEL — The Bethel Senior Citizens Club will meet at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 13, at the Black Diamond Restaurant at Sunday River.

The cost of dinner is $10. The speaker will be Oxford County Sheriff Wayne Gallant.

Clothing Center open

HARTFORD — The Hartford Community Clothing Center will be open from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, June 2, and Saturday, June 16. The Clothing Center is directly opposite the church.
