LEWISTON — Thomas H. Lowell, 51, passed away quietly on May 20, at his home.
He was born in Lewiston, Dec. 5, 1960, a son of the late Richard and Nancy Lowell.
He is survived by his wife, Tammy Lowell; daughters, Taylor and Ashley Lowell; grandson, Elijah Buckley; sister, Donna Paradis; brother, Richard Lowell; and nephews, Richard Paradis and Travis Lowell.
