LEWISTON — A Lewiston man is out on bail as an investigation by the city’s computer crimes taskforce continues.

Nicholas A. Leblond, 33, of 42 Pleasant St. No. 1, was arrested at his home at 5 p.m. Saturday and charged with one count of possessing sexual explicit material of a minor under 12.

Lewiston police Lt. Marc Robitaille said Sunday that a computer was seized from Leblond’s home and that the case remains under investigation. He said the investigation is being headed by the department’s computer crimes taskforce, which is examining the computer to determine if additional charges will be filed.
