Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on July 3 in Rumford District Court:

* Corey S. Theriault, 19, Rumford, warrant charging failure to appear on charge of violating conditions of release, 9:46 p.m. May 22 at the police station on River Street. He was released on $200 cash bail. It is not known if a court date is scheduled.

* Austin Gloden, 22, Rumford, furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol, 1:15 a.m. May 20 on Plymouth Avenue. He was released on $600 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Aug. 7 in Rumford District Court.

* James Anderson, 20, Peru, warrant, 2:15 p.m. May 18 at the police station on River Street. He was released on $200 cash bail. It isn’t known if a court date is scheduled.

* Melinda Howe, 39, Rumford, domestic violence assault, 10:37 a.m. May 16 on Congress Street. She was released on $800 unsecured bail.

* Cassie Burgess, 26, Rumford, violating conditions of release, 5:05 p.m. May 15 on Franklin Street. She was released on $1,000 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on July 5 at Rumford District Court.

* Jonathan Every, 20, Rumford, domestic violence assault, May 13 on Franklin Street. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.
