AUBURN — Fontaine Family — The Real Estate Leader, 336 Center St., has expanded its commercial real estate division with the addition of sales agent Nate Rudy.

Rudy moved to Maine from Virginia in 2004 and lives in Winthrop with his wife, who teaches at Colby College. He holds an master’s degree in business administration from Thomas College and has a degree in environmental science and engineering from Virginia Tech. He serves as the director for economic and community development for the city of Gardiner.

Rudy will work closely with Chad Sylvester in the Fontaine Team’s commercial division.
