This is in response to Judith Taylor’s letter to the editor (May 26).

She states that there “is not one word in any of the gospels describing homosexuality as being sinful or unacceptable to God.”

Not true.

In the New Testament, 1 Corinthians 6:9, her statement is refuted.

Yes, it is God who judges and he has made clear what is sin.

On the other hand, a sinner who repents, or turns away from sin, can be forgiven, so there is hope.
