Jay Elementary School Principal Chris Hollingsworth of Farmington spent Tuesday night sleeping on the roof of the school in a tent to reward students’ good behavior. Students won a contest by collecting 3,000 signatures for good behavior. Hollingsworth came out of the tent Wednesday morning in time for the flag salute. School secretary Sherri Couture said he didn’t sleep well, is was very windy and his back is aching, she said.
