Tribute to David Spaulding

STRATTON — On Saturday, June 30, The Dead River Area Historical Society will pay tribute to “David Spaulding – Selectman.”

Selectmen give so much and should be recognized. Spaulding served the community well. He was selectman from 1971 to 1987, served on the SAD 58 school board of directors and Norstar Bank board of directors in Farmington and was a member of the Mt. Bigelow Masonic Lodge 202 AF&AM of Stratton, Franklin Chapter 34 Royal Arch Masons of Farmington, Pilgrim Commandry 19 Knights Templar of Farmington, Kora Temple Shrine of Lewiston and Lions Club of Stratton. Join his wife Diane and her family and share their memories

The Dead River Area Historical Society’s special days are not presentations but a gathering of people knowledgeable about the featured subject. Attendees can learn a lot by just listening to these folks talk to each other.
