TURNER — SAD 52 Adult & Community Education has announced the following courses and camps that start the week of July 16.

Kids Art Camp: Provide your child, age 5-8, a chance to experience the world of art by using watercolors, oil pastels and mixed media. Campers should bring an art shirt. All other materials will be provided.

Dance Camp Intro: A beginner level class for campers 8-12. Students will learn different types of dance and have fun. They should bring lunch.

Hornet Pride Football: Students from grades three through eight will receive instruction on basic fundamentals from the high school staff and players. Gear will be provided for players in the TAA and Tripp Middle School programs. Campers will need to provide cleats and mouthpiece.

Camp Improv: Take risks, think fast and get laughs. Participants, ages 10-16, learn how improv comedy works. Week-long camp ends with a showcase on Friday night. Bring a snack, water and lots of energy.

Babysitter Training: Learn how to be a safe and responsible babysitter while having fun. Leadership skills, basic childcare, how to handle behavior problems, safe play and first aid emergencies will be featured. Students receive a certificate, handbook and reference guide.
