POLAND — Kevin A. Lemm, 45, of Old Plains Road, Poland, died from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident on Thursday, July 12.

He was born in Lewiston, Dec. 15, 1966. He was educated in Poland and graduated from Edward Little High School. Kevin proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy. He was currently employed at Atlantic Scaffolding. He married the love of his life and best friend, Elisha Poirier on May 17, 2008. He now is at her bedside watching over her and helping to comfort her in her battle.

Kevin was currently enrolled at Kaplan University and wanted to open his own restaurant. He loved to cook and BBQ and his family and friends loved to join him in his feasts.

He also loved life and always had a positive attitude and did not take him long to make new friends. He enjoyed fishing, music, his motorcycle and playing darts for Big Daddy’s Pub in Mechanic Falls. He also enjoyed hanging out with family and friends.

He leaves his wife, Elisha Poirier-Lemm of Poland; his parents, Jacqueline Lemm of Poland and Joseph Lemm and his wife, Lise, of Poland; a son, Jacob Lemm of South Carolina; a daughter, Rebecca Poirier of Poland; a stepson, SSG David Johnson of South Carolina; a stepdaughter, Tristan Johnson of West Paris; half brother and sister, Michelle Psych and Douglass Horr; stepsister and brother, Debbie Horne and Kipp Gavin; two very close cousins, Joseph and Marc Dehetre; his pride and joy, his dog, Sir King Dingaling; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
