Unless otherwise noted, the following will be arraigned Sept. 4 in Rumford District Court:

* Benjamin Matthews, 23, Rumford, domestic violence assault, 7:58 a.m. July 17 on Somerset Street. He was released on $800 unsecured bail.

* Rick Powell, 35, domestic violence terrorizing and violating a protection order, 12:44 a.m. July 17 on Franklin Street. He was released on $800 unsecured bail.

* John Buck, 28, domestic violence assault, 4:05 p.m. July 14 on Cumberland Street. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.

* Jason Curtis, 21, Greenwood, operating after habitual offender revocation, possession of a usable amount of marijuana, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, 9:19 p.m. July 12 on Waldo Street. He was released on $400 unsecured bail.

* Mark Radcliff, 47, Mexico, operating after suspension, 7:51 p.m. July 12 on Waldo Street. He was released on $600 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Oct. 2 in Rumford District Court.
