The Full Gospel Fellowship Ministry will celebrate its third anniversary at 8:30 a.m. Saturday, July 28, at Governor’s Restaurant, 1180 Lisbon St., Lewiston. The fellowship was founded by Ray and Bertha Jacqmin in July 2009 in acceptance of International Fellowship of Ministries in Bothell, Wash. The fellowship is nondenominational and welcomes men, women, youths and children. The cost is $10 per person and includes a full breakfast. Those under 18 eat free. For reservations, call Rev.
