* Marc A. Chartier Jr., 35, of Mexico, July 16, failure to appear, Mexico Police Department.
* Jonathan E. Dubey, 43, of Pittsburg, N.H., July 17, possession of scheduled drug and probation violation, Rumford Police Department.
* Glenn E. Farrar, 52, of Paris, July 17, furnishing drugs, Paris Police Department.
* Amber L. Carter, 31, of Norway, July 18, failure to pay fines, Oxford Police Department.
* Sana S. Foster, 43, of Brownfield, July 18, domestic violence assault, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.
* Robert R. McKenzie, 30, of Canton, July 18, domestic violence assault and violation of bail condition, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.
* Timothy R. Hatstat, 26, of Norway, July 19, violation of protective order, Norway Police Department.
