AUBURN — Clyde Bergemann Auburn, formerly Bachmann Industries, the air-gas handling division of Clyde Bergemann Power Group Americas, has expanded its project management and technical team in response to increasing business in the global power equipment industry.
Joining Clyde Bergemann Auburn as an finite element analysis analyst is Ryan Gauthier. FEA is a cross-disciplinary technique combining math, physics, engineering and computer science.
In this role, Gauthier applies complex technical principles in product design applications. He brings extensive experience in advanced thermal analysis and engineering, most recently as a research engineer at Applied Thermal Sciences. He has also worked in shock and vibration engineering at Bath Iron Works in Bath and has authored several structural engineering technical papers for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. Gauthier earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of Maine at Orono.
Project manager Christopher Brown brings to the company nearly two decades experience in technical account management and support. In his role at Clyde Bergemann Auburn, Brown manages multiple large-scale projects through engineering, production, and equipment delivery around the world. He previously worked in various positions of increasing responsibility with SPX Communication Technologies in Raymond, where he was involved in field service, account management, procurement, and operations. He attended the University of Southern Maine in Portland.
Eric Lacasse joins Clyde Bergemann Auburn as a designer/drafter. As part of a team of project managers, project engineers, designers, and drafters, Lacasse produces design solutions and drawing/document packages. He comes to the company with 15 years computer-aided design and technical experience with SPX Communications Technologies, Myat Inc., Fairchild Semiconductor, and PID Industrial Controls. He earned an associates degree in mechanical design from Central Maine Community College.
Clyde Bergemann Auburn is a global engineering company focusing on high-performance clean energy solutions for power, utility, petrochemical, and Industrial applications.
