RUMFORD — Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on Oct. 2 in 11th District Court:

* Nicole Hughes, 23, Rumford, disorderly conduct, 1:01 a.m. July 25 on Knox Street. She was released on $200 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Sept. 4 in 11th District Court.

* Richard Stickney, 29, domestic violence assault, 9:41 a.m. July 24 on Maine Avenue. He was released on $1,300 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Sept. 4 in Rumford District Court.

* Dale Bowen Jr., 23, Rumford, displaying a mutilated ID card, 3:30 p.m. July 22 on Essex Avenue. He was released on $200 unsecured bail.

* Dennis Walley, 47, Bethel, operating after suspension (third prior), 10 p.m. July 21 on Route 5. A bail amount wasn’t listed, but he will be arraigned on Oct. 6 in Oxford County Superior Court in Paris.

* Jeffrey Maurais, 46, Rumford, warrant charging failure to pay fine on charge of operating under the influence, 1:24 p.m. July 21. He was released on $330 cash.

* Heather R. Mcalister, 23, Rumford, operating under the influence (second offense), 12:40 a.m. July 21 on York Street. She was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.

* Amanda J. Thompson, 27, Bethel, permitting unlawful use of a motor vehicle, 12:40 a.m. July 21 on York Street. She was released on $200 unsecured bail.
