FARMINGTON — The following arrests were recently logged at Franklin County Detention Center:
* Travis Carrigan, 33, Madison, failure to pay fines/fees, driving under the influence, Aug. 6, no bail listed, Franklin County Sheriff’s Department.
* Elliott L. Barden Jr., 30, Temple, driving under the influence, Aug. 7, no bail listed, Farmington Police Department.
