The following are to be arraigned in 11th District Court:

* Jesse Peterson, 31, Rumford, warrant charging unpaid fines on charge of violating conditions of release, 1:36 p.m. Aug. 7 on Route 2. He was released on $360 cash bail and will be arraigned on Sept. 4.

* Timothy A. Morse, 56, Windham, operating under the influence, 1:54 a.m. Aug. 5 on Route 5. He was released on $400 cash bail and will be arraigned on Oct. 2.

* Billie J. Lawton, 40, Rumford, illegal attachment, 12:32 a.m. Aug 4 on Spruce Street. She was released on $250 unsecured bail, and will be arraigned on Nov. 6.
