Melissa Hoskins and Bre Cota served as the Mistresses of Ceremony throughout the evening introducing a variety of acts. Alex Hall started the show off with a bang with his drum solo.
Emily Stevens sang “Rolling in the Deep” by Adele. Kristen Carter sang “Count on Me” by Bruno Mars. Hannah Stritch presented a solo, “Don’t Rain on My Parade” by Barbra Streisand.
Senior twin students, Kody and Kyle Priddle demonstrated a maneuver of a model plane they designed and built. Olivia Harrington sang “Ain’t No Other Man” by Christina Aguilera. The Greyhound Dancers featured a video diary by Michaela Bedell, Bailey Cutler, Jodie Day, Jordan Glover, Shayla Pesce and Ryan Robitaille. CJ Adams and Sean Ball presented House, a 24-Hour Sneak Peak.
One of the show-stopping performances was by the Downtown Greyhound Bluegrass Band featuring Tech Club adviser Paul Giggey, with fellow staff Jennifer Fox, Jackie Young, Brian Dodge, Lynn Gervais and Dan Sylvester. Paula Caron performed a guitar solo, “Scared to Death” by HIM. Harriet Anthony shared a song by Evanescence, “Sick.”
Members of the six-member student ensemble of high school seniors known as the Lisbon Got Talent Dancers closed the show and earned a standing ovation. Michael Graham, Justin Grant, Shayne Tanguay, Cody Donovan, Morgan Reeves and Nate Rioux trained under dance instructor Alma-Lea Pace of Alma-Lea’s Dance Studio.
All proceeds from the show benefit the Tech Club program at Lisbon High School.
