FARMINGTON — A Farmington tenant was arrested Monday night on a charge of providing a place for minors to consume alcohol after police responded to a noise complaint at a Perham Street apartment.
Haley Nutter, 19, from Sydney but now living in Farmington, was arrested on the charge about 11:30 p.m. Monday when Sgt. Michael Adcock of the Farmington Police Department determined she was the tenant and was responsible for the loud party where minors were allowed to consume alcohol. After speaking with about 10 people at the apartment, police found several including Nutter were underage.
Nutter was taken to Franklin County Detention Center where she posted $500 unsecured bail and was released. She is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 25.
Everyone else at the party was sent home, according to Adcock’s police report.
