It is election time again. I am going to be listening very carefully to identify and, hopefully, have a desire to vote for the next president.
I am looking for a true leader.
People need a good health care system that is affordable and sustainable.
We need goods made in America so there will be work for everyone.
There should be fair, across-the-board taxes for everyone with no excuses, no loopholes. Taxes are the income for the country. That is the reality of it all.
The nation’s leaders should do all they can to avoid wars; they are a real drain on the economy.
People need to really care for the nation’s environment to avoid diseases and preserve life.
We need to keep working to develop clean, natural energy, and we need to keep developing better transportation systems.
The political systems need to be cleaned up. We are all in this together. We need a two-party system that realizes the importance of working together for the common good (not the good of the few).
Yes, I am going to be listening very carefully. Talk is cheap; true action is golden.
